Birthday Parties at Stitch House

| Description:
Stitch House hosts birthday parties for boys and girls of all ages.
Pre-Teen parties are designed for kids ages 10-13. Stitch House
will provide invitations, facilitator/teacher, project materials,
activity space, some decorations and paper goods. Families will
provide guest list, food & beverage, cake & ice cream, special
decorations and assistance. Pre-Teen birthday parties will be scheduled
for 3 hours. Two hours will be dedicated to the craft items and
45 minutes for birthday type festivities. Craft activity will start
promptly 15 minutes after party start time. A filler craft activity
will be available while guests arrive. |
| Facilitator:
Birthday parties will have one Stitch House employee to act as hostess
and teacher for the craft activity during the party. This facilitator
will be the contact person with the family during the event planning
stage and at the party. |
| Activities:
For each party 2 creative activities will take place. Depending
on the projects they may be completed during the event time. Some
projects will just “get started” and supplies will be
given to each child to complete project at home. Each party will
select one A activity OR 2 B activities. Yarn and fabric for knit,
crochet and sewn projects will be pre-selected by the family member
planning the party. During 15 minute time at start of party some
activities will be provided for those who arrive on time. |

Activities can
be customized for each party with advanced notice. Pricing and other
event details may change with changes to this “menu”
of activities. |
| Pricing:
Birthday parties are priced per child participating in the craft
activity. The charge per child is $15. The minimum amount of children
participating is 4 and the maximum is 12. Seats will only be guaranteed
for children participating and two adult family members. A deposit
of 50% is due 3 weeks prior to the event date and before the invitations
are mailed. Final payment is due 3 days before the party. If the
party is cancelled the deposit is forfeited unless another party
is scheduled for the same day. |
