I LOVED making this shawl and you will too! Using Loop London's pattern  https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/tiny-tassels, I modified this pattern using a size 6 needle and almost the full ball of Noro Kakigori for this fun knit. The bright pink mini-tassels were a new skill and fun too!
